Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! My journey as a “cookier” began in the summer of 2017 and I’ve been full speed ahead ever since! Through my countless hours of practice, decorating classes, long nights, new recipes and subjecting my family to samples constantly, you can trust you’re receiving a quality, time-tested product. Each cookie is its own work of art (but better because it’s edible!).

When you order cookies from Peace, Joy & Gluten, you’re purchasing a handcrafted product baked with those three ingredients. Every order that comes through my kitchen is seasoned with the peace and joy I find in baking, as well as some extra dashes of gluten (sorry, no gluten-free goods here!).
